What is a stock portfolio?

This is the active part of your investment, based primarily on stock market assets. It complements passive strategies and is designed for a longer period.

This part of the portfolio is less liquid, but often produces higher returns than passive strategies.

What's in the portfolio?

The basis consists of assets of the American stock market: shares of selected companies and ETFs, including funds for the S&P 500 and Nasdaq indices. Medium- and high-risk positions, including crypto assets, make up less than 5% of this portion of the portfolio.

Analysis of the active portfolio
Who helps you select assets?

Access to recommendations is provided in a closed Telegram channel. It is led by 2 leading analysts with more than 30 years of experience in financial markets.

One is the author of a best-selling book who was a leading analyst at RBC for 10 years. The second has its own trading academy; We are currently obtaining a license for our own fund in Germany.

Access to the channel costs $2,000 for 12 months. Exactly one year later, the next year of access is paid for — without insurance and verification of the passive plan. Each payment is taken into account in the calculation and shown as a separate event.

Why is the stock portion added after passive strategies?

The passive part is needed for regular income and more flexible access to funds. Income from different strategies helps to gradually replenish the active part.

In a stock portfolio, the outcome does not occur on a daily basis: positions are typically held for 3 months to 1 year, with a benchmark of about 6 months. Therefore, a core passive allocation is formed first: it is more liquid and makes it possible to use funds or profits at almost any time. Then you add a stock portfolio — it is less liquid, but can significantly increase profits.

What makes a passive portfolio liquid?
How are funds distributed?

The target share of the stock portfolio is 20% of investment capital. The remaining 80% is distributed among passive strategies according to standard rules.

First, a core passive allocation is formed — $10,000. After paying the plan and access to analysts, funds in excess of this amount are sent to the stock portfolio until its share reaches 20%. For example, with a starting budget of $16,000, $5,000 is spent on the plan and annual access, $10,000 remains in passive strategies, and $1,000 is allocated to the stock allocation. After reaching a share of 20%, the usual procedure applies: new funds are distributed according to the portfolio structure, and redistribution between working accounts occurs once every six months. Each payment and each redistribution is noted on the chart and in the history of portfolio changes.

Which returns does the calculator use?

For the stock part of the calculation, the result is recorded every six months: 100% for the full six-month period. In the interim months, no profit is recorded. For an incomplete period, the result is proportional to the period of operation of the funds. For example, $1,000 without deposits or withdrawals turns into $2,000 after 6 months and into $4,000 after 12 months.

The logic behind this model scenario is based on the past performance of a stock portfolio. The profitability of passive strategies is calculated separately based on the monthly history of the challenge. Past statistics do not guarantee the same results in the future.

How to enlarge investment income?

The investor's task is to make the most of compound growth, and to find additional sources of income that will increase his capital.

These 5 principles can significantly increase your investment income.

Final amount—

Final amount——
Trading Income——
Contributions for the entire term——

Both scenarios are designed for the same duration and for the same months of the challenge. Contributions — your contributions; they are shown separately from earned income.

1. Reinvest all your income

Let your earnings keep working for you. When you reinvest, the income you earn becomes part of your capital. More capital can take part in trading.

Now every dollar earned also participates in trade and can bring profit. You return this profit to your work — and it also begins to earn money. This is compound interest: the money you earn helps you earn new ones.

Profitability is not fixed: trading results change. But at the same interest rate, more capital gives more profit in money.

2. Add to your account each month

Until you have reached your level of financial security, direct the feasible amount from other sources of income to the investment portfolio. Regular contributions increase the capital that is involved in further trading.

3. Give Compound Interest Time

Compare the results over a longer period. Compound interest increases over time.

4. Diversification: Add Capital Growth Strategies

Don't concentrate all your capital in one strategy. As the portfolio grows, the number of accounts and investment areas increases. From $16,000 you can add a fund portion. With a capital of $100,000 or more, the portfolio is strengthened by a conservative gold strategy — regardless of whether the stock portfolio is connected.

How does a portfolio strengthen from $100,000?

With an investment capital of $100,000 or more, half of the passive portion is allocated to a conservative gold strategy with an emphasis on capital preservation. Its model profitability is 30% lower than the usual GOLD strategy. With an equity share of 20%, conservative gold takes up 40% of the total capital, and the remaining 40% is distributed between the 3 previous strategies.

For any positive reinvestment share, the portfolio is reviewed 6 months after the previous redistribution. Contribution is sent to where there is a lack of funds according to the portfolio structure, without transfers between already operating accounts. It does not trigger redistribution and does not reset the semi-annual countdown. Upgrades, extensions and changes to the set of strategies are taken into account separately. The calculator uses a recommended structure that has been developed over 15 years. Changing shares yourself can change the portfolio's risks.

5. Add your stock portfolio

The fund side complements passive strategies. Target share — 20% of capital in operation; To complete it, the income of passive accounts is used, even if reinvestment is disabled.

The model for this part is set to double in 6 months. The logic behind this model scenario is based on the past performance of a stock portfolio. Past statistics do not guarantee the same results in the future.

6. Social capital — a lever for capital growth

Your connections, experience, and trust are social capital. It can be a more powerful lever for growth than working with just your own money.

Recommend the community and receive affiliate payments not only from personally invited investors, but also from their invitees - up to the 6th level of your structure, on the terms of your plan.

Start with 5 personally invited investors. If at least 2 of them also start inviting, your structure will grow thanks to joint recommendations. The income from such a structure may exceed the income from your own investments.

You decide for yourself what part of the affiliate payments to allocate to your investment portfolio. Replenish it from this source and put the earned money to work — this is how social capital helps to build up financial capital.

At iPO COMMUNITY, investors have been combining financial and social capital for 15 years.

Generate capital of $500,000–$1,000,000 in 1–3 years. Look in the compensation plan to see how to make money with your surroundings and what kind of partner network you can build for this. The result depends on you and your ambitions.

What else does the calculation include?

plan extension is payable at the beginning of the next annual period, if passive strategies have already met the plan conditions. Each plan includes insurance against loss of profit, and at plans of $500 and $1,500 — against non-earning of the cost of the plan plus 50% of the insurance base.

At the $500 plan with a passive account balance of $2,250 or more, you can connect a second strategy for $250. When renewing, you pay $500 for the plan and $250 for the second strategy. The additional payment for the strategy does not change the activation date and does not increase the working threshold: it remains $500 plus 50% of the insurance base. At $5,000 on passive accounts, the transition to the $1,500 plan is made, which already includes two strategies.

Income from the stock portion is not included in the plan.

Base — funds from passive accounts recorded at the time of activation of the plan, plus your contributions for the first 6 months. Only additions are added to the base: income received during this period does not increase it.

To maintain coverage, self-directed withdrawals must not reduce the balance below this base. Trading fluctuations and internal portfolio transactions are treated separately. Self-inference is not modeled in this calculator.

The result depends on the profitability of the strategies, the investor's share in the distribution of profits and the composition of the portfolio. Upgrades and extensions of the plan reduce the value of the portfolio at the time of payment. If there are less than 3 months left until the end of the selected period, the upgrade is not performed. But this fee retains access to the strategies, and the upgrade expands the capabilities of the portfolio, helping to increase its potential profitability and sustainability. To evaluate this effect, try increasing the investment period to at least 2 years. These transactions are disclosed in the history of portfolio changes below the chart.

Income you don't reinvest stays in the portfolio value, but isn't used for further trading. You can change the reinvestment share and the amount and frequency of contributions in the calculator settings.

The model repeats the challenge's historical monthly results in a cycle. Use it to compare scenarios, not as a promise of future income. Reinvesting doesn't remove the risk of loss, so keep a reserve for your everyday expenses.

How to add a stock portfolio earlier

Your portfolio history

Why not put all your money into gold or a stock portfolio?

A portfolio needs several pillars, just as a table needs several legs. Even one very strong leg does not make the table stable. Several supports help him hold on if one of them fails. In investing, this is called diversification: you spread your money among different strategies so that you are less dependent on each of them.

Gold can generate high returns, but it works intermittently. The strategy waits for a suitable market signal. If there is no signal, it does not open a trade — at this time there may be no income from it. Currency strategies usually pay less, but they can make money while the gold waits. This way the portfolio has more opportunities to earn income in different months.

A stock portfolio takes time. Shares can bring more profit, but you have to wait for the results: often from 3 to 6 months, sometimes a year or longer. It is impossible to predict the exact date in advance. Therefore, for current expenses, it is more convenient to have passive strategies, from which you can receive funds more often without waiting for the sale of shares.

The main task of distribution is to protect your capital. The market cannot be predicted accurately. Even a strategy that has worked successfully for a long time may face losses. If all the money is in it, all capital is at risk. If only part of it, other strategies may continue to work and help mitigate losses. But distribution cannot completely eliminate losses.

Therefore, we combine profitability and sustainability. Gold helps build capital, currency strategies add other sources of income, and a stock portfolio provides growth opportunities over a longer period. Together they give the portfolio multiple supports instead of just one.

It is this approach that has been helping investors in our community for 15 years to receive regular passive income and increase capital step by step. Behind this result is the work of the entire portfolio: the strategies complement each other and help you move more confidently towards financial freedom.
